How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact us at outreach@healthysolsoap.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your experience. We ask for this information not to challenge your request, but to help our production team improve and prevent similar issues in the future. Please note a reason must be given in order to proceed with the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though certain cases may take longer depending on your payment provider or the nature of the request.

Refund Method:

Refunds may not always be issued to the original form of payment. Our payment processor limits refunds to the original card or payment method to orders placed within the last 120 days. For any order placed more than 120 days ago, refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a Health y Sol gift card for the full purchase amount, rather than to the original payment method.
