Dilution Instructions

For face, body, and hand washing: Dilute 1 part soap to 3 parts water into a soap dispenser.

 

For dishes: Put a dime size amount on a sponge.

 

For laundry: Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup to machine. Half the amount for High Efficiency machines.

 

For hair: Dilute 1:1 with water.

 

For fruits and veggies: Add a teaspoon of soap to a bowl with water. Soak, agitate, and rinse.

 

For shaving: Lather directly on wet skin.

Where Do You Get Your Tallow?

Our producer sources grass fed and finished beef fat from small farms across the USA and renders it in central florida.

Is Your Soap Organic?

Organic is the Health y Sol standard. From the beginning we have only worked with 100% organic ingredients and we will never stray away from that. It makes our soap worth every last bubble!

Will This Help With My Acne Or Eczema?

Most of the time skin issues are related to your diet and gut health. For this reason we cannot guarantee that our soap will heal your skin. What Is Sodium/Potassium Hydroxide (lye)?

Sodium and potassium hydroxide (lye) are a key ingredient in soap. There would be no soap without it. It chemically alters the fats and oils we use through the saponification process and leaves you with a product that cleanses you. Imagine if you only used olive oil to clean your skin… we reckon it will cause more of a mess.

 

There is nothing to worry about with the use of lye, we cure our bars for 6 weeks and to ensure there is zero lye content in the final product.

Is Your Soap Safe For Babies?

Our bar soap is an excellent choice for babies. Our soap is mostly tallow which is perfect for sensitive skin. We recommend using our unscented variation as some babies might be sensitive to essential oils.

The Best liquid soap!

I have very long fine hair and using a bar of pure tallow (different brand ) always made my hair tangle and leave a film on it as of why I have no idea. But with the liquid soap I have no problem my hair and scalp feel great! And my son gets a sticker

hair looks and feels way healthier

I mainly use this as a shampoo and body wash. After the first couple uses, I noticed I still had a little bit of flakes (not sure if dandruff or residue from not fully rinsing), but after I kept using it, it went away. My hair looks and feels healthier than ever. It's never frizzy anymore and has more flow and definition and I can kinda adjust the style with just my hands and no hair product needed. Seems like that's how it's supposed to be naturally. I also noticed, my hair doesn't start to smell after long periods of not showering anymore. May the Lord bless this company!

I really wanted to love the honey & tallow soap

I really wanted to love this product as a shampoo, as I get a really dry flaky scalp now. However, this created so much build up on my hair it disgusted me. This was after just the first wash as well and just kept getting worse. You could literally see all the buildup in your hair once it dries as well but you could FEEL the buildup immediately after the shower. My hairdresser had to use a clarifying shampoo so I can start fresh again. I tried it out for a month before writing a review as well and I did do the measurements correctly per the instructions on the bottle. Had a slight meaty like smell which isn't too overpowering and didn't smell gross at all I just wanted it to have more of the scent I picked, orange cedarwood. I also used it to wash my infants clothing and it worked great for that, just doesnt leave a great scent or soften the clothing very much.

Great all-around soap!

Love finding a clean, natural organic product that works! I bought this as a replacement for body wash and shampoo, and am so far loving it. It actually lathers unlike some other natural shampoos I've tried, and as a body wash leaves my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized. I ordered the lemon lavender and the rose clove scented ones, and I have to say I absolutely LOVE the smell of the rose clove one. Best smelling natural body wash I've found to date.
